Job Descriptions:

• Identify and assess operational risks and controls including RCSAs, New Product Assessments, Special Assessments, Incidents Investigations, Fraud Investigations and BIAs
• Develop and document controls and control improvements including Action Plans, Policies and BCPs
• Verify control implementation including follow up reviews, key risk Indicators and BCP Testing
• Perform risk analysis and reporting including Risk Materiality Assessment, Key Risk Indicators and Dashboards
• Build working relationships and work with managers and staff within the business and other functions
• Train others stakeholders in operational risk awareness and techniques
• Build an effective deployment of Operational risk management tools e.g. RCSA (Risk & Control Self- Assessment), KRI (Key Risk Indicator) to the first line of defense
• Manage the risk assessment process to ensure comprehensiveness of risk identification and effectiveness of risk mitigation
• Manage / identifying risks in the new products or significant changes to the existing products/processes
• Manage in highlighting / reporting emerging operational risks to Senior Management / Committees
• Build and implement an awareness and provide a strong operational risk management through engagement and trainings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Risk Management, Process Design or Improvement or related fields
• 2-10 years' experience in banking technology, Risk Management, Consulting or Internal Audit
• Experience in understanding various business processes and flows
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to identify the issues and develop solutions
• Ability to work with others to develop and implement improvements.

Good written and verbal English skills
