Job Descriptions

• Develop cards and loans strategies and analyze new business opportunities and potential impact and assist all units under CPP department in formulating strategic recommendation.
• Defining and refining business strategies with a specific focus on designing and implementing new strategic approaches, ideas, and processes that will grow the business and avail measurable results.
• Be able to collect information, analyze data, provide progress and strategic recommendations to executive management on how to optimize near-term growth.
• Provide project support e.g., consultancy, strategic guidelines and analyze the strategies of the department.
• Identify critical issues/opportunities which will enabling and leading the bank to improve its business, product, process, and information technology.
• Ensure any applicable metrics and performance pointers are in place to measure all progress.
• Presenting findings, projections, and recommended actions.
• Monitor market, situation, competitors, and impacts concerning credit cards & loans products, to improve strategies in which keep in pace with the trend.
• Integrate business model sharing common resources that well fits with customer needs and ensure customer value to Bank.

• Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning is a plus.
