Job Responsibilities

• To support on HRIS related matters e.g. Org. Mgt/ Position Mgt/ Workforce Admin.
• To support on the system related tasks e.g. manage the database and administration on the Workday.
• Partners with cross-functional team members and IT team members on HRIS-related issues/enhancements/queries.
• Maintains and administers ad hoc report writing tools for end users; and assisting users of those ad hoc report writing tools.
• Ability to collaborate, provide support for HR technology matters, and train the staff (End-user training).
• Developing document and maintaining all current and new HRIS business process workflows, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.
• Translating functional requirements into work breakdown structures and technical specifications via information gathering, workshops, sessions and interviews.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics or Computer Engineering
• 3 - 5 years’ experience working in HRIS preferrable in banking industry
• Experience with SAP Learning and Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits Security and Reporting modules.
• Proficient in Excel and managing data.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good command of English
• Effective presentation skills for communicating the strategic story behind HR data.
