Strategic Planning and Portfolio: Roadmap Prioritization

Your role:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive feature roadmap aligned with the company's overall product strategies and business goals
• Work closely with product owners, IT teams, UX/UI designers, and other teams to gather inputs and ensure a cohesive and realistic feature development plan
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business teams and IT teams to ensure a unified understanding of feature requirements and timeline
• Understand and analyse each product’s business justification in both quantitative and qualitative perspective, to plan and prioritize feature development
• Implement a prioritization framework to ensure that high-impact features are delivered in a timely manner, able to embrace an adaptive planning approach based on feedback and emerging business priorities
• Communicate the roadmap effectively, including developing presentation to communicate with Business Units, Product Owners, and IT Team, along with Senior Executives for approval
• Monitor and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting to collaborate with all stakeholders at each stage and to identify areas of improvement § Being a problem solver, open to manage any new challenges, or any ad-hoc assignments or projects

Requirement:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development, strategy planning, or consulting firm; experience in banking or Fintech company is a plus
• Systematic thinking with strong analytical skill, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure with a tight timeline and limited resources
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills, strong problem-solving skill and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage, influence,and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
