Infinitas by Krungthai seeks talented individuals to join our team as a Customer Insight & Analytics Manager for the "Business Intelligence" Team. As Thailand's leading fintech company specializing in digital platforms, mobile banking and digital solutions, you will play a crucial role in gaining customer insights for our NEXT and Paotang applications, serving over 30 million customers.

The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve customer experience and engagement in the platforms. Your responsibilities include collaborating with product owners, conducting customer surveys, analyzing data, providing insights and action plans, and measuring the impact of the actions taken to enhance customer experience and engagement.

Role:

1. Analyzing customer data, such as app usage and transactions, along with the survey results to identify patterns and develop strategies for each feature.

2. Conducting research on customer behaviors, pain points, and needs using both quantitative and qualitative methods, such as customer satisfaction surveys, follow-up surveys, and focus groups.

3. Design an A/B testing experiment, analyze and tracking the result.

4. Develop and implement product/service improvement recommendations based on customer insights

5. Evaluate effectiveness of previous recommendations.

6. Collaborating with internal and external units to achieve above responsibilities.

Skills and Background:

1. 5+ years of experience in customer insight and digital survey work.
2. Strong analytical and research skills.
3. Understanding of digital banking products and services
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skill
5. Good command in excel and PPT
6. Curious mind and proactive
7. Experience with A/B testing, surveys and other customer research methods.
8. Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science)
9. Proficient with SQL. Familiarity with R and Python is a plus.
