• ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการติดตามและเรียกเก็บหนี้
• ตรวจสอบเอกสารและพยานหลักฐานก่อนดำเนินคดี
• จัดทำหนังสือทวงถาม คำฟ้อง คำให้การ คำร้อง และเอกสารทางกฎหมายอื่น ๆ
• เป็นผู้แทนธนาคารในการดำเนินคดีในศาล เช่น การไต่สวน การสืบพยาน และการเจรจาประนีประนอม
• ดำเนินการบังคับคดีหลังศาลมีคำพิพากษา เช่น การยึดทรัพย์ อายัดทรัพย์ หรือบังคับชำระหนี้
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานติดตามหนี้ เจ้าหน้าที่บังคับคดี และสำนักงานทนายความภายนอก
• ให้คำแนะนำด้านกฎหมายแก่ฝ่าย Collection เพื่อให้การติดตามหนี้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานกำกับ
• ติดตามความคืบหน้าของคดี วิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง และจัดทำรายงานสถานะคดี

คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรีนิติศาสตร์
• มี ใบอนุญาตว่าความ
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Collection Litigation, Debt Recovery, Civil Litigation หรือ Enforcement
• มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ กฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความแพ่ง และกฎหมายล้มละลาย (หากเกี่ยวข้อง)
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การวิเคราะห์ และการว่าความ
• มีประสบการณ์จากสำนักงานกฎหมาย ธนาคาร สถาบันการเงิน หรือบริษัทบริหารสินทรัพย์ (AMC)
