Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Verify cheque and prepare cash management cheque by batch for capture

2. Operate outward cheque clearing including data entry, batch balancing, control cheque in custody etc.

3. Capture cheque via capture machine and generate data to ICS system.

4. Control and Sort physical cheque receiving from all branches on daily basis.

5. Solve any unexpected situation related to cheque clearing.

6. Operating data entry, balancing data and cheque image collecting on ICS System timely given, in time regulation of NITMX

7. Operating cheque data entry of Cash Management and the data are sent to Cash Management Business Service within timely given and bring it into Cash In system of customer in workday.

8. To operate of signature verification and accuracy of cheque under law instead all branches (Date, Pay to, General Crossing, Special Crossing, Amount, IQA, PCT).

9. Reconcile the receive-send and counting Good Cheque from logistic system (car and post office) from all branches.

10. Provide service to all branches and member banks to withdraw / send the Physical Cheque.

11.Control gateways send and receive data cheque of ICS system. Reconcile data with ICS system. Within cut of time

12.Control accounting Japanese customer. And reconcile accounting to correct.

13.Control quality data cheque image from branch via online system. Helpdesk for Krungsri nationwide about cheque.

14.Operate data and physical cheque return to customer intime regulation of Bank of Ayudhya.

15.Control messengers receive cheque and document from branch send to other department in head office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Major in Finance, Economics or related fields.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in Domestic cheque or New graduates are welcome
