Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for the O2C and TCM in Thailand to drive efficiencies, including efficient and effective cash management, payment application, cash reconciliation, accounts receivable reconciliation and aging activities
• Assists with contract negotiations and ensuring contractual disputes are resolved in a manner that protects Sandoz, maintains the excellence quality Accounts Receivables, and preserves positive relationships with customers
• Drives overall risk knowledge through the organization via credit committees. Takes swift action when risk changes to minimize bad debt losses
• Collaborates and driving with all key stakeholders, including CFOs, Customer Service, and commercial teams to mitigate and reduce credit risks to ensure KPIs and expectations are met
• Consults and supports the Global Service Centers in driving operational excellence via continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with Novartis Accounting Manual (NAM), Novartis Financial Controls Manual (SFCM) and regulatory requirements and implementation in internal guidelines
• Supports that all processes, policies and procedures are clearly defined, documented, and implemented in line with Sandoz standards, consistent, and best practices.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, Master's Degree is an advantage. CPA or Chartered Accountant is a plus
• Minimum 5+ years' accounting experience, Big 4 public accounting, healthcare industry or large corporation with shared service concept
• Knowledge of Tax and Thai Accounting Standards
• Preferably know-how and exposure in a Shared Service Center environment
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-national and complex matrix organization
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence beyond FRA community and to drive stakeholder management in a changing environment as well as operational excellence
• Experience with SAP is required
• Proficient in English skills
