RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take care of layout plan and operational standards (facing, etc.)
• Interact with customers by providing the best service to the customers as well as to increase the customer satisfaction
• Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
• Achieve and exceed sales goals
• Acts as a cashier at least twice a week
• Process shipment and ensure all merchandise is represented on the floor in full size run
• Learning through assisting management team to identify and provide a solution happened in the store, and to achieve the special project assigned by management team.
• Take care of the sales target, profits, lost, cost in the store, and other related tasks.
