Responsibilities:

• You ensure the effective management and application of Social Responsibility (e.g. Fair Labor Practices, Health and Safety, Respect for Employee Rights) and Decarbonize our Production projects to achieve the company vision and local needs.
• You anticipate social and CO2 emission challenges and issues in order to create, plan, and organize coherent action plans.
• You empower teammates to take responsibility for sustainability.
• You accompany and support teams daily to implement processes on-site.
• You dialogue and develop relationships with external stakeholders through transparent and honest communication.
• You contribute to the network of the sustainability team in Southeast Asia and globally.
• You are an auditor.

You are naturally interested in this topic and you always would like to take this important responsibility for our future;- You have a minimum of 10 years of working experience (in any company) with an engineering background.
• You enjoy working in networked and community organizations - no hierarchy.
• You enjoy easily communicating key messages to motivate clear actions in the field that lead to results.
• You enjoy going out into the field every day to turn ideas to visible results.
• You are self-driven, always looking for solutions and moving forward with project. You love full autonomy.
• You are curious, open-minded, and logical with good analytical skills.
• You are willing to work on-site and travel in Thailand and abroad.
• You are fluent in Thai and English.
