Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
• Oversee the planning, execution, and enhancement of systems and processes to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation
• Lead system development projects aimed at enhancing transportation infrastructure, logistics networks, or related systems.
• Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact project success or disrupt operations. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address challenges proactively, minimize disruptions, and ensure project resilience and sustainability.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, arrange a session with user or operation team to get a detailed picture of what the user wants, define requirements and monitor those through to implementation

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or transportation business
• Experience in PowerBI / Tableau is preferable
• Proven track record of leading successful continuous improvement initiatives, system development projects, or business transformation programs
• Demonstrated experience in managing system development projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and deployment
• Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze complex problems
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), fleet management systems, or other relevant technologies is desirable.
• Strong Communicate both in Thai and English
• Able to work at G Tower Rama 9, Bangkok
