Position: Air Freight Capacity Management Specialist

Location: AIA East Gateway Building, Bangna

Key Responsibilities/ Challenges:

• Plans route and manages booking space with carriers as customers' requirement.

• Process space booking with airlines.

• Set up the customers' clearance date according to the customers' requirement together with the carriers' acceptance to launch in cargo to the airline's terminal.

• Check the Daily Outward Planning and rebooking for any offloaded shipments.

• Monitors and optimizes cargo flows via gateway and station direct to carriers.

Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

• At least 3 years' experience in Freight Forwarding Business with deep knowledge of Air Freight.

• Strong analytical skills and good communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Good MS Office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint )

• Good command of both spoken and written English.

• Can work well under pressure.
