Job Title:Field Services Engineer

Location: Songkhla, Thailand
Department: Field Services / Technical Support
Travel Requirement: Frequent travel within Southern Thailand


Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Services Engineer with a strong background in electrical engineering to support our industrial customers in the Southern region of Thailand, particularly in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and related sectors. This role involves providing on-site technical services, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure high equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site technical support, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system issues in industrial environments.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Document service activities, prepare technical reports, and provide feedback for product and service improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
  • Ensure all field activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in field service, technical support, or maintenance roles.
  • Hands-on experience in industrial environments, preferably in Oil & Gas, Chemical, or heavy industries.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and instrumentation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the Southern region.
