We are seeking a distinguished

Sales Executive

to spearhead our Life Sciences portfolio, with a primary focus on the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical segments. This role is designed for a technical expert who possesses a profound understanding of advanced analytical instrumentation and laboratory workflows.

The ideal candidate will embody a

Technical–Sales profile (70% Technical / 30% Commercial)

, acting as a strategic consultant to our clients by providing deep application insights, method optimisation, and sophisticated technical support to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Market Development:

Cultivate and expand our footprint within the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical sectors, focusing on high-value research and manufacturing accounts.

Technical Consultancy:

Serve as the primary subject matter expert for advanced analytical platforms, specifically

Liquid Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry (LC–MS)

and

Capillary Electrophoresis (CE)

Application Excellence:

Provide high-level technical guidance in

method optimisation

and advanced application support, ensuring solutions are tailored to complex client workflows.

Portfolio Management:

Manage and promote a sophisticated suite of research instruments, including

cell imaging systems

and

microplate readers

, highlighting their utility in cell-based assays and culture analysis.

Solution Selling:

Execute a consultative sales process that integrates technical rigour with commercial acumen to achieve territorial revenue targets.

Territory Stewardship:

Manage a strategic hybrid territory covering Bangkok and key industrial hubs (Rayong and Chonburi), ensuring consistent engagement with industrial and research partners.

Candidate Qualifications

Academic Background:

An advanced degree (MSc or PhD preferred) in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, Medical Technology or a related Life Science discipline.

Technical Expertise:

Extensive hands-on experience and theoretical mastery of

LC–MS

and

CE

technologies. A deep understanding of cell-based assay development and advanced laboratory automation is essential.

Industry Insight:

Proven familiarity with the Biopharmaceutical landscape, including a clear awareness of current trends in drug discovery, QC, and bioprocessing.

Professional Pedigree:

A documented track record in a senior-level technical or sales-specialist role, demonstrating the ability to bridge the gap between complex science and commercial outcomes.

Communication & Influence:

Exceptional command of the English language with the ability to present complex data to diverse stakeholders, from laboratory scientists to C-suite executives.

Mobility:

Ability to manage a diverse territory, including regular travel to industrial zones in Rayong and Chonburi.
