AR Assist Manager (30K-40K) (SDG-8478)
ที่จัดหางาน อาร์จีเอฟ เอชอาร์ เอเจนท์- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Supervise team member of Collection concerning Company's accounting procedures policies and tax compliance.
- Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, coordinating contact with collections department
- Review and calculates AR Provision and prepare manual journal entries
- Prepare month-end and analysis of closing reporting, and account reconciliation.
- Coordinate with company auditors, and other government related to accounting and tax matters.
- Responsible in ensuring timely and accurate monthly closing of AR, GL
- Other assignments as required by Management
- Thai nationality, male/female, 30-40 years
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years experiences in General Accounting, Tax and month-end closing at manager level.
- Strong skills in using MS Excel, VLookup and other related program.
- Experience working with ERP Accounting software
- Good command of written and spoken English [Report/Presentation]
- Strong problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and able work well under pressure to required deadlines
- Able to coordinate and motivate a team towards a common goal
- Able to work under pressure and high level of self-motivation & adaptability. Proactive, positive and can do attitude.
- <Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having experience in Leasing business
