The Position:

The Solution Support Partner (CHT-TTCD) is responsible for design to improve service processes in regards to local engineering services to RDTH instrumentation and software.

Improve technical knowledge of a RDTH service personnel by means of service training, on the job training.

Foster quality management system (MQMS) by means for standardize technical process, and monitoring through a better outcome, bringing highest customers satisfaction

Being a source of all related technical knowledge, tools & equipment that help to improve service processes.

Monitor and implement of new updates, upgrade and all related retrofit to instruments both hardware and software

Be a contact person and working collaboratively with Global and Regional in related works.

Improve cost concerned in service business such as inventory management and spare part control

Able to occasionally travel to upcountry or abroad to improve knowledge or helping service engineer troubleshooting complex problem.

Responsible in other Chapter Technical Training and Competency Development related work.

• Engineering (electronics) Industrial Physic, Biomechatronic or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Service Engineer of Health Care business is preferred
• Strong in analytical, troubleshooting skills
• Able to drive and travel in upcountry and be flexible to work out of normal working hours
• Independent, a team player, flexible and solution driven with agile mindset
• Good command of spoken and written English
