About the role

Shift Maintenance shall perform maintenance works e.g. breakdown, preventive & predictive maintenance to ensure that mechanical equipment is maintained and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and complete work permit for work planned/unplanned

• Perform maintenance proactively to ensure that equipment is applicable

• Control subcontractor to perform maintenance job in order to complete as safety, quality and timeline set

• Prepare and maintain equipment/tools used for maintenance

• Write accurate Daily Shift Report

• Utilize CMMS i.e. SAP, Ivara for managing work order system

• Give input for punch list as requested before commissioning

• Support troubleshooting of Mechanical equipment during commissioning and start-up

About you

• High Vocational or Degree in Mechanical or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance relating to reliability program (PM, PdM, etc.)

• Good knowledge of rotating equipment e.g. pump, compressor, blower, agitator etc. and static machines e.g. column, vessel, heat exchanger etc.

• Able to work in shifts

• Basic knowledge of vibration and lubricant

• Computer literacy e.g. MS Word, MS Excel etc.

• Able to communicate in English

• Skill of CMMS program

Shift Maintenance - Mechanical (ช่างซ่อมบำรุง - เครื่องกล)

Shift Maintenance ปฏิบัติงานซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเมื่อเกิดเหตุขัดข้อง (Breakdown Maintenance) ซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเชิงพยากรณ์ (Predictive Maintenance) ตามแผนงาน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าอุปกรณ์ เครื่องจักรได้รับการบำรุงรักษาให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานและสามารถทำงานได้ภายในระยะเวลาและเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด

งานปฏิบัติการซ่อมบำรุง

• จัดเตรียมและดำเนินการขออนุมัติใบขออนุญาตปฏิบัติงานซ่อมบำรุงทั้งงานซ่อมฯที่ได้วางแผนไว้ล่วงหน้าและงานซ่อมฯฉุกเฉิน

• ลงมือปฏิบัติงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรเชิงรุก ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาที่อยู่ในขอบข่ายความรับผิดชอบของ Shift Maintenance เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมปฏิบัติการ

• ควบคุม ดูแล ให้คำปรึกษาการปฏิบัติงานซ่อมบำรุงของพนักงานรับเหมาในทีม เพื่อให้งานเสร็จสิ้นตามแผนงานอย่างปลอดภัยและมีคุณภาพ

• จัดเตรียมและดูและรักษาเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในงานซ่อมบำรุงให้อยู่ในสภาพเหมาะสม พร้อมใช้งาน

• จัดทำรายงานการซ่อมบำรุงกะ (Daily Shift Report) อย่างถูกต้องและเสร็จตามกำหนดเวลา

• ตรวจดู Work Order และบันทึกการปฏิบัติงานซ่อมบำรุงในโปรแกรมบริหารงานซ่อมฯ

งานโครงการขยายโรงงาน/โครงการพิเศษ

• สนับสนุน จัดเตรียมข้อมูลเชิงเทคนิค ในส่วนรายการที่ต้องแก้ไข (Punch List) ตามที่ได้รับการร้องขอจากทีมโครงการ

• ช่วยเหลือแก้ไขปัญหาในระยะทดสอบและเริ่มเดินเครื่องจักร เฉพาะส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุปกรณ์เครื่องจักรกล

คุณสมบัติ:

• สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับ ปวส.หรือปริญญาตรี ในสาขาเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในงานซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance หรือ PM) หรือการซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเชิงพยากรณ์ (Predictive Maintenance หรือ PdM) ในอุตสาหกรรม ปิโตรเคมี อุตสาหกรรมเคมี หรืออุตสาหกรรมที่ใกล้เคียง

• มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เป็นอย่างดีในเรื่อง Rotating Equipment และ Static Machines เช่น Pump, Compressor, Blower, Agitator, Column, Vessel, Heat Exchanger เป็นต้น

• มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ Vibration และ Lubricant

• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับพื้นฐานได้

• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในโปรแกรม MS Word, MS Excel

• หากมีความรู้ทางด้าน Shaft/Belt Laser alignment และงานเชื่อม TIG, Electrode จะเป็นประโยชน์
