What we want?
- Sales representative in Thailand for corporate clients (mainly Japanese companies, many of which are manufacturers).
- Responsible for new customer development in addition to existing customer sales
- The successful candidate will be responsible for listening to the customers' IT and system issues by phone, email, and in person, and then bring them back to the company to present system integration proposals, system improvements, and system restructuring (accompanied by engineers as necessary).
- Focus on communicating with customers and exploring their needs. Administrative work such as preparation of documents and contracts for business negotiations (ï―50% of total work) Other duties include sales lead duties for IoT tools, selection of customer targets for advanced technologies, planning and management of proposals, and solution proposals.
Who are we looking for?
- Business level English (Non-native English speaker is acceptable. Presentation level)
- Experience in sales to Japanese companies
- Able to build strong and long-lasting business relationships with business partners.
- Ability to operate a basic PC. Must have no difficulty in preparing documents.
- Education: University degree or above.
- Must be able to occasional business trip (we will entrust you with business meetings with customers).
- Experience working in (with) Japanese.
Japanese language ability is a plus. - Understanding of manufacturing, financial, or distribution industry operations (any of these).
- IT skills: System development experience/ Infra structuring experience / writing proposals and using the web and SNS.
- Self-motivated, passionate, ambitious, and have a venture spirit.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment to keep up with a rapidly growing organization.
- Careful handling of VIPs and high class clientele.
