Job Description:

• Design, implement, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure and edge network solutions to support

Gosoft's IT systems and services.

• Manage and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and related

network infrastructure.

• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure high availability, stability, and

reliability of network services.

• Manage network connectivity across data centers, cloud environments, offices, branches, and other

related systems.

• Support network implementation, configuration, maintenance, upgrade, and optimization in accordance

with enterprise network and security standards.

• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber Security, Software Development teams, and external vendors

to resolve network-related issues and deliver network solutions.

• Perform network monitoring, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and preventive actions to

minimize service disruption.

• Maintain network configuration, topology diagrams, technical documentation, and related operational

documents.

• Participate in network projects and support the implementation of new technologies to improve network

performance, scalability, and security.

• Follow Gosoft's IT infrastructure, network security, change management, and operational standards.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology,

Network Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in Network Engineering, Network Infrastructure, or IT Infrastructure.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and Network Security.
• Experience with network technologies and equipment such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or related

technologies.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze network incidents and

identify root causes.

• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional

teams.

• Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, or other relevant certifications will be an

advantage.
