Job description

Study and understand

the Scope of Work and Solution Design for assigned projects.

Review and validate

proposed solutions prior to project kickoff.

Inspect and verify

hardware equipment, software licenses, and required project data before starting the project.

Attend and participate in

project kick-off meetings with the Presales and Project teams.

Install and configure

Cisco Collaboration systems under the guidance of Senior Engineers, including:

Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)

Cisco Unity Connection

Cisco IM & Presence

Cisco CUBE / Voice Gateway

Cisco IP Phone

Webex Calling

Assist in system migration

by planning migration and cutover procedures to minimize downtime.

Execute system testing

against test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Prepare technical documentation

, including Configuration Guides, Test Results, and As-Built documents.

Provide post-installation support

both remotely and on-site, with the ability to analyze SIP Call Flows and Voice Signaling.

Study emerging technologies

and obtain professional certifications in line with the personnel development plan.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Fundamental knowledge of Computer Networking (Routing, Switching, WAN, LAN, Security, and Wireless).

Hands-on experience configuring Cisco equipment (e.g., Cisco CUCM, Cisco VGW).

Fair to intermediate English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Microsoft OS (Windows, Windows Server).

Basic knowledge of VMware ESXi.

Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project.

Fundamental understanding of basic programming.

Strong service mind with a thorough understanding of customer service principles.

Ability to work outside of standard business hours (overtime/shift work).

Valid driver's license and ability to drive a car.
