About the role

Talent Acquisition Department Manager responsible for strategic recruitment planning, executing recruitment and selection processes, developing talent pipelines, and building employer brand for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop short-term and long-term recruitment strategies and analyze manpower requirements

• Manage recruitment processes from job posting to hiring decisions

• Create and maintain database of potential candidates for key positions

• Work with managers to define requirements and recruitment plans

• Develop diverse recruitment channels such as Online, Job Fair, Headhunting

• Monitor performance, analyze metrics and improve recruitment processes

• Develop company image through Job Fair, Content Marketing, Social Media

• Plan and control recruitment budget, negotiate with agencies and vendors

• Provide consultation and training on interview techniques to HR team and managers

• Prepare statistical reports, analyze labor market, and propose improvement approaches

About you

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Psychology/Business Administration with 5-7 years experience in F&B/Retail

• Knowledge and understanding of F&B/Retail labor market, recruitment techniques, Employment Law

• Excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, presenting, and relationship building

• Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter, HR Analytics, Social Media

• Analytical skills to analyze recruitment statistics data for strategic decision making

• Team management, task delegation, and mentoring capabilities

• Quick adaptation to changes, handle urgent recruitment needs

• Extensive network and good relationships with agencies and universities
