GOAL

• To maximize sales and gross profit for the company via supporting sales efforts with marketing strategy, planning and execution in both traditional and non-traditional methods
• To enhance the brand of the company with strategic 4P development within Thailand
• To provide leadership and management within the team to promote a productive, respectful and creative company able to sustain continued sustainable growth

• Develop and manage content and campaigns on Social media; Facebook fan-page, IG, Twitter, Youtube, engaging with Social Media customers and creating conversations to bring them live
• Coordinate with cross-functional working team to respond to inquiries from the market
• Developing content and campaigns together with management and other team members
• Achieve / exceed KPI targets within assigned territory
• Quarterly and annual performance review and strategic planning / reporting for upcoming period
• Providing project planning reporting on a weekly/monthly basis
• Planning and executing PR campaigns and initiatives
• Communicating and collaborating internally with sales team to understand requirements of customers
• Tracking and reporting market wide trends to the company
• Tracking, analyzing and reporting on consumer purchasing behavior
• Preparing necessary budgets in collaboration with sales and management
• Suggesting new products, branding and market expansion efforts to management

• Bachelor of Marketing degree or equivalent
• Relevant marketing experience and ability to use different targeting methods, basic and advance, and tools to optimize each social media; Facebook, IG, Twitter, LINE
• 2 years marketing experience in marketing or graphic design and track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Creative writing skills, marketing communication, Photoshop & illustrator
• Proven ability to lead strategy and planning for marketing, enhancing branding of products and services, and position products against competitors
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills with ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization including senior management
• Native Thai speaker, Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Thai); basic communication skills in English
• Team player, highly motivated, highly self-organized and self-directed with outgoing personality
• PREFERRED
• More than 2 years relevant marketing experience with strong communication instincts and track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Knowledge / marketing experience specific to healthy foods / frozen foods / nutrition
• International experience, proficient in English
