Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI-augmented development workflows using Claude Code/Cowork and Cursor to accelerate development, refactor legacy code, and maintain high code quality
• Build, maintain, and optimize frontend and backend services using C# .NET, Node.js, NestJS, and Python
• Design and manage scalable database architectures using SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) using modern CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that address user pain points
• Debug, optimize, and support applications in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• at least 2+ years of experience in professional web development
• Expert-level ability to direct AI coding agents (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) using natural language to produce clean, production-ready code
• Strong hands-on experience with C# .NET, NodeJS/NestJS, and Python
• Proficient with Visual Studio / VS Code, Postman, and CI/CD tools like GitLab and Jenkins
• Proven ability to design and manage relational databases (SQL Server and PostgreSQL)
• Deep understanding of software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and secure coding practices

Nice-to-Have

• Experience building or integrating AI-powered features (Google AI Studio, n8n, Open Web UI) or developing applications that consume LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Knowledge of frontend design principles and browser/backend performance tuning for modern web applications
