Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely data entry of invoices into the accounts payable system, including verifying invoice details such as vendor name, invoice number, date, and amount. 
• Ensure appropriate archiving account payable documentation.
• Perform and handle on daily operation of accounting activities including payment, expenditures, payables.
• Prepare daily, monthly, yearly reconciliations and ensure the tax reports are submit according to timeline.
• Coordinate with Revenue Department, deal with external auditor for financial statements.
• Handle information required for auditor.
• Other job that assigned by supervisor.

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proven working experience in a AP for at least 2 years
• Good knowledge or ability to understand the accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, team player.
• Good negotiation skill, management skill and leadership skill.
