• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.

• Maintain accurate records and reporting on recruitment activities and metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements in recruitment.
• What we're looking for.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A passion for talent management and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
