AIR FREIGHT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle end-to-end air freight operations from booking through delivery.

• Coordinate airline bookings and manage cargo capacity utilization.

• Liaise with customers, airlines, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Prepare quotations and support pricing activities when required.

• Monitor shipment performance and proactively resolve operational issues.

• Manage shipping documents, pre-alerts, and operational reporting.

• Support billing verification, collections, and audit activities.

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, customer requirements, and air cargo regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, ocean freight, or air freight operations.

• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong team player with excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and result-driven mindset.
