Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber IT Infrastructure & Security Manager to lead, design, and safeguard our organization’s technology ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the 24/7 availability of our systems while building a robust defense against evolving cyber threats. You will bridge the gap between technical operations and business strategy, ensuring our infrastructure is scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Strategy & Operations: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of server configurations, network architecture, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Security Management: Develop and enforce cybersecurity frameworks, including identity and access management (IAM), firewall management, and encryption protocols.

• System Reliability: Ensure high availability of IT services through proactive monitoring, load balancing, and performance tuning.

• Disaster Recovery (DRP): Lead the development and testing of robust backup strategies and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).

• Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with local data protection laws (PDPA) and international standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2).

• Vendor & Budget Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Optimize IT spending and manage the annual infrastructure budget.

• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of system engineers and IT support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5–8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Systems Engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Technical Skills:

  • Deep expertise in Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and Cloud Services.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SD-WAN).
  • Hands-on experience with Security tools (EDR, SIEM, DLP, and Firewalls).

• Certifications: Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP, MCSE, or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect are highly preferred.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
