Responsibilities:

1.BOI Certificate & Project Master Data: Store and review promotion certificates, promotion conditions, business types, products, production capacity, investment, machinery, raw materials, benefits, and key conditions of each project.

2.Machinery Privilege: Coordinate the preparation and correction of machinery accounts, approval of machinery list imports, schedule tracking, machine clearance, and the sale, transfer, donation, or export of machinery when applicable.

3.Raw Material & RMTS: Oversee the exercise of duty exemption for raw materials and essential materials. Check BOM, HS Codes, entitlement quantities, Max Stock, and coordinate approvals, debits, and data updates in the RMTS system.

4.Import-Export Coordination: Coordinate with Customs, Shipping, Freight Forwarders, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Production to ensure the correct exercise of BOI privileges for import and export activities.

5.Project Amendment: Analyze and prepare project amendment requests related to products, production capacity, machinery, raw materials, production processes, locations, or other conditions requiring BOI approval.

6.Project Monitoring: Monitor project performance to ensure compliance with BOI conditions and prepare Project Progress Reports, Annual Performance Reports, and supporting audit documentation.

7.Tax & Incentive Support: Support tax incentive information, such as Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and provide relevant investment and performance information in coordination with Finance and Accounting.

8.Foreign Expert / Work Permit: Coordinate applications for approval of foreign artisans and experts under the BOI program, including position, number of personnel, and entitlement period.

9.Audit & Compliance: Prepare documents and information for BOI audits and factory visits, follow up on corrective actions, and maintain traceable documentary evidence.

10.Internal Advisory: Advise internal departments on BOI conditions before proceeding with procurement, import, manufacturing, export, BOM changes, or production process changes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related discipline.

• Male or Female / 25 Yrs or above.

• Good or Excellence in EN or CN written and speaking.

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in BOI-related work.

• BOI, Import-Export, Customs, Supply Chain, Compliance.

• Understand Promotion Certificate, Conditions, Machinery, Raw/Essential Materials, Project Amendment, Project Monitoring, and related benefits.

• BOI e-Services, RMTS Online, eMT/EMT, e-Monitoring, e-Extension, e-Tax or relevant systems.

• Basic knowledge of Import/Export, HS Code, Customs Declaration, Duty/VAT, and Import-Export Documents.

• Thorough, thorough, good at analyzing data, prioritizing, and tracking tasks and deadlines well. Good at coordinating, highly responsible, courageous to follow up on work, and maintain the confidentiality of

company information.
