Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment to ensure high equipment reliability and availability.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failures, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Plan and supervise maintenance activities, shutdown work, equipment overhaul, and repair work.
  • Maintain mechanical equipment such as piping, pumps, blowers, compressors, agitators, gearboxes, piping, valves, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and utility systems.
  • Develop and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans and equipment inspection programs.
  • Support plant modification, machine improvement, equipment installation, and commissioning projects.
  • Prepare and modify 2D/3D engineering drawings, equipment layouts, piping layouts, and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Conduct site measurements and prepare drawings for equipment installation, modification, and fabrication work.
  • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, EHS, suppliers, and contractors to ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
  • Control spare parts, maintenance materials, contractors, and maintenance costs.
  • Prepare maintenance records, equipment history, technical reports, and engineering documentation.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and applicable engineering requirements.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance, Plant Maintenance, Project Engineering, or related fields.
  • Good knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, piping systems, valves, mechanical seals, bearings, gearboxes, and utility equipment.
  • Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D for mechanical and plant engineering drawings.
  • Able to use SketchUp for 3D equipment layouts, plant layouts, and modification projects.
  • Able to read and prepare P&ID, General Arrangement (GA), equipment layout, piping layout, and fabrication drawings.
  • Experience in equipment installation, plant modification, fabrication, and commissioning is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CMMS or SAP PM is an advantage.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Basic to good command of English.
  • Able to work in a plant environment and support emergency or shutdown maintenance when required.
  • Possession of a Thai Professional Engineering License (Council of Engineers - COE License / กว.) in Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred.
