Responsibilities

• Be a part of operation team for handing IT Second line support issues for our mobile and tablet banking operation.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers and Call Centers to identify and solve problems for our customers by conducting analysis of system data and architecture.
• Assist our business analysts in creating customized business report.
• Report to QA Manager

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in IT or related discipline is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in technical support and/or operation
• Usable knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of MongoDB is a plus
• Knowledge or experience in banking IT is a plus
• Strong and proactive team player
• Good communication skills
