Position Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, client-friendly Fashion Designer to turn client ideas into finished garments, from tech packs and sizing specs to sample reviews and bulk QC approvals. If you love fashion, quality, and collaboration, you’ll fit right in.

What you'll do

• Translate client ideas into detailed tech pack drawings and discuss designs collaboratively to make sure every detail is right
• Prepare garment sizing and specifications ready for factory submission
• Oversee sample reviews (Pre-Production & Bulk), checking that sizing and all garment specs align with comments and tech packs
• Be the go-to person for client communication — gathering feedback on designs and fittings in a clear and friendly way
• Review and approve the bulk QC process to ensure the final product meets the mark

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Solid experience with tech packs and garment construction
• Sharp eye for detail and quality
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Google Sheets
• Comfortable working directly with clients and factory teams
• Communicates well in both Thai and English (written and spoken)
• Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback
• Experience in the fashion is preferred

• 09:00 – 18:00
• Starting salary 25,000 THB and above (based on experience)
