About the Team E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in from July 2025 - Oct 2025. Responsibilities - Analyze platform data using Excel and/or SQL to identify policy violations, abnormal behaviors, and operational leakage. - Investigate circumvention tactics and identify gaps in SOPs or detection models. - Propose data-backed solutions to close enforcement or process loopholes. - Support enforcement actions and platform sweeps in line with policy requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or SQL. - Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and critical thinking. - Ability to work independently and follow through on investigative tasks. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in e-commerce or technology-related roles or prior exposure of ecommerce platforms. - Interest in platform governance, risk, or operational policy. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
