The Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping the company's identity, driving brand awareness, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.


Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Brand Strategy:


- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence


- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes


2. Brand Positioning:


- Define and communicate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning in the market


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand messaging into all aspects of the business


3. Content Development:


- Oversee the creation of compelling and on-brand content across various channels, including digital, print, and social media


- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity in all communication materials


4. Campaign Management:


- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement


- Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop impactful campaign assets


5. Brand Guidelines:


- Establish and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders adhere to brand standards.


- Conduct training sessions to educate teams on brand guidelines and messaging


6. Collaboration:


- Work closely with product managers, sales teams, and other departments to align brand strategies with overall business objectives


- Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify brand reach


7. Monitoring and Analysis:


- Monitor brand performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for improvement


- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about industry developments

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of working experience
  • Proven experience as a Brand Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of building and managing strong brands
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate brand strategies into effective campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends in branding and marketing
