Coordinate with internal team to research and develop topics and themes for the events using multiple resources and Secure executive level speakers and moderators for your assigned portfolio of events, working closely with speakers to prepare and finalize content for their delivery.

• Review presentation slides and corresponding materials for relevance and vendor neutrality
• Develop and maintain relationships with speakers
• Meet and greet speakers at the conference and work with the Event Management team to ensure smooth onsite event operations

• Bachelor Degree or above in Education, or related discipline
• Good analytical and logical skills, with attention to details
• At least 2 years of experience in either full time teaching, or working in the publishing industry
• Genuinely interested in applying educational technology to enhance learning
• Willing to learn new concepts and expand existing abilities
• Good interpersonal skills with proven record to work in a mission-driven environment and customer-focused work setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
