Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and develop creative ideas and strong concepts for video content and captivating programs in both short and full-length
• Develop scripts, storylines, and story copy, and create shooting boards to guide the production process.
• Oversee VDO production from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring quality throughout.
• Work effectively with editors, producers, content creators, and graphic designers to achieve engaging video content with quality.
• Research and propose innovative ideas to strengthen and promote the client's brand.
• Manage the complete production process for all creative campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Fine Arts, Industrial Design, Film, Multimedia, or relatable fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in online content production and multi-media production, including platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and podcasts.
• Managing all creative campaign productions.
• Good copywriting and communication skills. English Proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge in storytelling and understanding the entire production process, including pre-production planning, storyboarding, script writing, etc.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative skills (written, visual and conceptual)
• Attention to details, able to work on schedule, and under a pressing timeline.
• Logical thinking, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills confidently.
• Tackling and solving problems, offering both valid solutions and positive feedback.
