Senior Platform Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join our team. You will focus on improving the reliability,

scalability, and performance of our systems, working closely with engineering and operations to ensure

smooth, stable, and efficient platform operations. You will also help improve the developer experience by

automating workflows and building custom tools.

Project:

HRTech software service (B2B SaaS)

Responsibilities

Monitor and operate production systems to ensure high availability and reliability

Improve observability through better metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting

Automate manual and repetitive operations tasks to improve efficiency

Collaborate with engineering teams to design resilient, scalable systems

Improve developer experience by building custom tools and automating infrastructure

Participate in on-call rotations and handle incident response

Conduct post-incident reviews and drive system improvements

Benchmark, test, and optimize system performance and scalability

Enhance CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and infrastructure processes

Requirements

Strong experience with

AWS

(or other major cloud providers such as GCP or Azure)

Hands-on experience with

Kubernetes, Docker

, and

container orchestration

Solid

Linux systems

knowledge

Programming skills in

Golang, Python, Bash

, or similar

Familiarity with

CI/CD

and automation tools: ArgoCD, Crossplane, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible

Strong understanding of

cloud security

best practices and tools such as Vault, AWS Secrets, Manager, or HashiCorp Consul

Experience with observability and

monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, Datadog)

Solid understanding of networking, load balancing, DNS, and security

Tech Stacks

Infrastructure: Amazon Web Services; Kubernetes; GitOps (ArgoCD), Github Actions

Backend: Language: Python; Web Frameworks: Python frameworks including Django, Flask, Fast API;

Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, and Redis, among others;

Other: Celery, RabbitM,Q among others.

Frontend: Javascript & Vue.JS
