About the role:

As a PCB Engineer, you will play a key role in designing,, and optimizing printed circuit boards (PCB) panelization to ensure high utilization and compliance process capability both PCB fabrication manufacture and PCBA manufacture including release PCB specifications officially into company's system and support others inquiry related to PCB.

Responsibilities:

• Design (alighment) PCB Panelization based on engineering requirements and customer's specifications.
• Issue PCB specifications document (ECN) including PCB Panelization drawing and engineering details into company's system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support any inquiries related PCB Panelization and specifications was released.
• Optimize PCB Panelization for cost, performance, and manufacturability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Create CAD library of electronic component supporting Analysis process if requested.
• Provide technical support during the production process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or any related fields. Welcome, new graduates!
• Knowledge of electronic components and PCB design.
• Experience using design software such as Altium Designer or similar tools is a plus.
• Proven experience, Thesis or Hobby related to electronics field will be beneficial.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for PCB manufacturing would be more preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
