Job Summary
Responsible for overall IT at each siter covering, demand management, day to day operation, and part of new or upgrade the system implementation related to Platform, infrastructure, communication and network. Be single point of contact to communicate and or coordinate between business partner at each site with internal IT team. Regularly update and communicate with Plant team or key business stakeholder. Work with third party to implement, or solving any system issues. Manage the service desk at each sight. Plan budget accordingly on each site.

Job responsibilities:

• IT as Business Partner
  • Act as the demand manager to gather the demand from business partner from each site.
  • Be a single point of contact for all IT system inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Regular communicate with business key stakeholders.
• Day to day system operation including the Platform, infrastructure, networks, communication and relate.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and telephone system issue upon incident and request
  • Monitoring the usage and environment of servers, application, communication systems, and networks including LAN, Wireless, and other related
  • Ensure the availability of infrastructure and network in each site
  • Work with internal IT team to support the system issues or enquiry.
  • Work with third party to solve the issues.
• Cooperate in implementing, and maintaining the company’s platform and infrastructure
  • Assist with the development and testing of new features and services of application platforms
  • Update and maintain technical documentation for IT platform and operation
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and trends that could improve the platform
  • Co-ordinate with vendors for any change with servers, network, and communication systems upon user request and incident
  • Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software
  • Co-ordinate with regional security lead for any security related request from region
  • Coordinate with IT Platform and operation manager and team on Planning, Policy, Budget, Inventory
• Manage inventory of hardware and software inventory and cooperate order supplies with related team.
• To develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of the team’s solutions, eg. knowledge management and be a backup person one to another in the IT platform & operation team
• Oversee data backup and system security operations including user authentication, device and password management, user authorization, firewalls, virus update checking and report on any mistakes

Skill and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree or higher of in Computer Science or any related fields
• At least 8 years’ experience of manufacturing IT or ERP system
• Experience in System Design and Implementation
• Experience in Project Management and Operation Support
• Knowledge or experience in IT Service Management platform
• Service-minded and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of computer technical skills
• Good command in English
• Background in Networking & Security technologies (specifically with Cisco, HP or related brands)
• Working knowledge on Server & Enterprise Storage such as iSCSI and/or Fiber Channel with network technologies and Unified Communication (IP Telephony, Video Conferencing, Telepresence)
• Knowledge or experience in User Experience (UX) and User Interface Design (UI)
• Experience in designing Security solutions both Application Security (Authentication, Authorization) and Hardware/Network security (Firewall, Intrusion Prevention Detection)
• Excellent communication skills and with strong customer service orientation.
