Job Description Project Management, Application Delivery & WMS Management • Lead and manage IT projects covering the design, development, testing, and rollout of new or existing software and Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. • Oversee the service transition process and evaluate potential risks to ensure smooth application and WMS deployments. • Manage and support WMS operations to ensure system stability, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency aligned with warehouse business processes. Incident & Problem Management • Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective Problem Management strategies. • Monitor and manage service quality to ensure full compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and effectively communicate updates to business users. Stakeholder, Vendor & Budget Management • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate the performance, KPIs, and SLAs of outsourced partners. • Provide strategic consultation and collaborate with internal business stakeholders to continuously improve application performance and align with business goals. • Plan, control, and manage IT/application-related budgets to ensure cost effectiveness and alignment with business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field. Minimum 4 years' experience in Application Support, WMS Support, or any related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills (both Thai & English). Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Hard skills: Application Support (SAP B1, Kissflow, WMS), Technical Know-how, Problem Solving, Budget Management. Soft skills: Patience and understanding, Detail-oriented, Logical Thinking, Stakeholder Management. Knowledge of SAP B1 features/modules and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
