Regulator Operations Executive (Shopee)
ที่บริษัท ช้อปปี้ (ประเทศไทย) จํากัดThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Regulatory Escalation Management: Manage the end-to-end of regulatory and stakeholder escalations, including initial intake, interpretation, execution, and final resolution
- Compliance Gatekeeping: Serve as the primary point of contact for external regulatory inquiries. Proactively identify policy gaps and drive process improvements or strategic initiatives to ensure organizational alignment with evolving regulatory landscapes and external market trends
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication with Legal, Compliance, Government Relations, and Business Development teams to resolve complex requirements and ensure integrated compliance across the organization
- Executive Reporting & Insights: Support summaries and briefings for the management team to support data-driven decision-making
- Project Execution & Support: Provide dedicated operational support for high-priority regulatory projects (e.g., FDA compliance initiatives) and handle ad-hoc assignments to address emerging compliance challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field (prefer Political Sciences) , Open to fresh graduates.
- Have background or interest in regulators, laws and regulation, especially FDA and TISI and Intellectual Property (would be a plus)
- Be attentive to detail, risk-aware
- Able to do multiple tasks and work under a time limit
- Be adaptive and always eager to learn new things
