The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
About the Team:
Job Description:
- Assistant in manpower, pallet, MHE, and warehouse consumables planning
- Monitor volume accuracy (%), fulfillment rate (%), and other related KPIs
- Provide data support related to the planning team
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong numerical thinking
- Background in e-commerce operations
- Able to communicate effectively with related parties to ensure realistic planning figures and timelines are met
