Risk Management Manager

Location: BANGKOK

Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review Risk management (RM), and Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework, policy, appetite, and manual

• Plan and implement RM and BCM for SHR and its subsidiaries: workshop, training and test/drill

• Provide guidance and recommendations about the RM and BCM for SHR and its subsidiaries

• Provide comments and recommendations about the risk and mitigation plans.

• Arrange Risk Management Committee (RMC) meeting

• Review the company risk management good practice by benchmarking with international standard and in compliance with SET

• Support governance requirements i.e. 56-1, CG, GRI Standards and IFRS

• Continuously improving the company RM and BCM for good practice

• Support others based on the assignment from CFO

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration/Economic or related field

• At least 5 years' experience in Risk Management. A few years of exposure to hospitality at corporate/property level is preferable.

• Good English communication (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) is a must.

• Experience in implementation of Business Continuity Management

• Strong analytical skills

• Integrity and confidentiality

• Self-motivated and self-initiated, independent, proactive, result oriented and teamwork.

• Can work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
