Responsibilities:

• Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

• Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes.

• Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise partners about them.

• Translate business needs to technical specifications.

• Arrange business meetings with prospective partners.

• Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.

• Negotiate contract terms with partners and communicate with stakeholders.

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing partners.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Marketing, Management or any related field.

• At least 3 years of work experience as a business development or a relevant role in capital market, financial company (e.g., Bank, Brokerage company, etc).

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

• Work professionally with high discipline and responsible on commitment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in English and computer literacy.

• Knowledge of capital market, financial product and services, fintech, or any related is a plus.
