Project Support

• Support Manufacturing Engineers in the execution of engineering and improvement projects.

• Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting of engineering deliverables.

• Support Manufacturing Engineers to preparation and maintenance of engineering documentation including:

• Work instructions

• Process flow charts

• PFMEA

• Validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ)

• Ensure engineering documentation is maintained according to change control procedures (ECO/ECN).

• Engineering experiment report.

• Training record.

• Related documents depend on Engineering assign.

Process and Data Support

• Collect data to support process improvement initiatives.

• Assist in monitoring and making reports for process performance, yields, cycle times, and equipment efficiency.

• Support Engineer for root cause investigations and corrective actions.

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities during engineering builds and pilot production.

• Support Sample making activity.

Operational Support

• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity.

• Support implementation of Lean, TPM, or other continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide support to manufacturing during troubleshooting activities.

• Assist engineers in equipment qualification and process validation activities.

• Support implementation of engineering changes on the production floor.

• Engineering Material management (with draw, scrap, inventory check, engineering stock location)

• Deal with other assignments depend on Engineering assign.
