• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the SEA die casting market.
• Provide expert technical support on die casting lubricants, release agents, and process fluids.
• Lead product trials, validation plans, and implementation at customer facilities.
• Build and sustain executive-level relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and die casters.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Global Product Management.
• WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
• Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Metallurgy).
• 5-8 years in sales / business development in die casting, metalworking fluids, or related manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of high-pressure die casting (aluminum & magnesium).
• Business-level English; Japanese is a plus.
• Consultative selling and technical problem-solving mindset.
• Flexible -- can be based in Hanoi (Vietnam), Jakarta (Indonesia), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Bangkok (Thailand), or Taichung/Tainan (Taiwan).
• Travel: 40-60% within SEA & Taiwan.
