We're after a switched on XERO Accountant who can:

Day to Day:

• Complete daily reconciliation in Xero software
• Generate sales invoices and credit note and ensure payment are received
• Accounts Receivables
• Accounts Payables
• Generating Invoice/tax invoice
• Handling Withholding tax certificates
• Creating Payment vouchers
• Ensuring all filing and compliance with regulations

Week to Week:

• Control fixed and current assets by performing physical count and ensure on existing of fixed and current assets
• Maintain aged debtor report according to company policy and follow up with clients with outstanding balance.

Month to Month:

• Conduct Monthly Tax Management
• Monthly Corporate Withholding Tax Returns (PND 1, PND 3, PND 53, PND 54)
• Monthly Value Added Tax Returns (VAT) (Por Por 30)
• Conduct Payroll Calculation, Creation of Pay Slips & Payroll submissions
• Production of monthly financial statements, P & L, BS, Trial Balance, GL
• Look After Annual Withholding Tax Returns for Wages to Employees (PND 1 Kor)

Half Year:

• Organise Half Year Corporate Earnings Assessment (PND 51)

Yearly:

• Perform Annual Corporate Tax return (Annual Audit, PND 50)

When Required:

• Social Fund Registration and Return (Sor Por Sor 1-10)
• Assist with Personal Income Tax return (PND 90, 91, 94)
• Handle Cash Management (Escrow Account) – Kor Tor 26 Kor

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of accounting experiences in a Digital Agency (preferred)
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including Thai Accounting Standard (TAS)
• Knowledge of Thailand’s financial regulations
• Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports and financial statements

Necessary Requirements:

Xero Accounting Software Knowledge + Knowledge of Government approved accounting software.
