Job Description & Summary
Role and responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users and gather and evaluate business requirements and productivity issues. Identify workflow needs and create customised solutions using Power Apps.
- Design, develop and customise applications on the Power Apps platform, ensuring that they meet functional and performance requirements.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to refine and enhance application features and the user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Apps applications to ensure smooth operation.
- Document application features, workflows and technical specifications for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Provide training and support to end users, facilitating effective adoption of new applications.
Technical skills
- Good programming logic, software algorithm design, development and testing skills
- Some experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps or similar low-code development platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and other related Microsoft 365 tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of programming languages (such as MS SQL-T) is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- A proactive learner with a passion for technology and innovation
- A recent graduate or has a few years of experience in developing applications using Power Apps and is passionate about leveraging technology to improve business processes
Soft skills
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and excellent organisational abilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Effective communication skills in both Thai and English
- Proficient in time management and prioritisation
- Collaborative team player who works well with others
