Job Description

As an IT support engineer your core responsibility is to give support to our clients.
These support tasks include the setup of our hardware and software solutons remotely, testing of software, installation, and setup of windows computers.
Providing support for our core products: Cyber Security UTM / Endpoint – Email – Antivirus – WIFI.
Monitor suspicious / malicious activity (Cyber Security) and act upon detections

You will perform these support tasks from our Bangkok office located at Saphan Khwai.
Working collaboratively with our IT Support Team located in The Netherlands.
Port-IT offers 24/7 service to our global customers.
You will work a shift – weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (5 working days per week)

Job Requirements

 Education and experience:
• A Bachelor’s degree or relevant Information Technology experience
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• A good understanding of computers, networks, and troubleshooting (Windows 10, Email applications, TCP-IP, Firewalls)
• Good command of the English language (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)

Able to:
• Be punctual for appointments and office attendance
• Accurately follow work instructions
