Business Development Manager

Position: Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will have a key role in the company's development by achieving sales targets through prospecting and signing new clients, and managing existing clientsâ relationships.
Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets through a variety of sales channels
Increasing client base through active prospecting activities
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and
understanding their needs
Present sales activity reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companyâs customer base and ensure itâs strong presence in the market
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Writing business proposals
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Following industry trends locally and internationally
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales
Collaborating with Customer Service and Delivery Team to ensure the clientsâ requirements are met and projects are delivered with highest standards of quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- ïŧŋïŧŋSuccessful track record in B2B sales (experience from training, education, consulting business is preferable)
- ïŧŋïŧŋExceptional verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
- ïŧŋïŧŋExcellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
- ïŧŋïŧŋAbility to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, fast-learning, and adaptable
- ïŧŋïŧŋProficient in MS Office, and CRM software
