Job Description

• Develop feasibility study for potential business improvement project acquisition or investment, taking into consideration on aspects of operation efficiency financial, cost structure, economic, market conditions and relative risks.
• Develop financial model, financial projection and forecasted financial statement for potential acquisition or investment.
• Perform financial valuation on the potential business improvement project acquisition or investment.
• Identify risk and obstacle of potential business improvement project acquisition and investment and provide mitigation.
• Assist investor relation team for any requirement from SET and SEC
• Identify key success factor of potential business improvement project acquisition and coordinate with relevant department for the implementation
• Responsible for verifying findings, results and from junior team member.
• Review and comments relevant corporate finance documents prepared by junior team member;
• Review and comments findings and results presentation prepared by junior team member;
• Present findings and results of the assigned task to corporate executives and board of directors;
• Coordinate with other corporate members in order to achieve relevant corporate finance tasks;
• Prepare annual budget and quarterly revision; and
• Perform other relevant corporate finance tasks as assigned by CFO.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• 5-7 years working experience in investment banking, corporate finance or related fields.
• For Assistant Manager 3-4 years working experience in investment banking, corporate finance or related fields.
• Good analytical and data crunching skill.
• Any professional certification (e.g., FA from SEC, CFA, CPA, etc.) is preferable but not required.
